【Product Overview】The driver is a high-performance 4-axis stepper motor driver that supports pulse direction control. It has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, good stability, low cost, etc. It also has the advantages of small size, low heat generation and high power. 【Performance features ①】NV5160T4 driver's power supply voltage is 12-48VDC; high current, up to 6A, can drive 86 motors (need external forced heat dissipation can reach 6A), 8-speed optional; with automatic over-current and over-voltage protection function. 【Performance features②】NV5160T4 driver has adjustable quiescent current, up to 256 adjustable subdivisions, pulse response frequency up to 1MHz, with input signal opto-isolation, H-bridge bipolar constant current drive and other features. 【Driver interface】The driver interface contains five groups of interfaces, including power supply interface, stepper motor interface, pulse control interface, input and output interface, and bus interface. 【Driver (parameter) setting] NV5160T4 relies on the screen and 4 keys to configure parameters, configurable parameters include motion current, quiescent current and subdivision. 【Current parameter setting】The optional values of current parameter are 0.5A, 1A, 1.5A, 2A, 2.5A, 3A, 3.5A, 4A, 4.5A, 5A, 5.5A, 6A. 【8 Selectable micro-step resolutions】The optional values of micro-step resolutions are 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256.
